Accessibility is a data layer, a design requirement and a participation safeguard—not a decorative compliance claim.
Current design
- Semantic headings, landmarks, links, lists and tables.
- Keyboard-visible focus and skip navigation.
- Responsive layout, text reflow and print support.
- No meaning depends only on color, motion, audio or JavaScript.
- System fonts; no third-party font request.
- Reduced-motion support and static content first.
Known limits
Automated checks cannot establish usability. Human testing with screen readers, magnification, speech input, switch and keyboard navigation, cognitive accessibility needs, translation and low-bandwidth or offline conditions remains required before claiming full conformance.
Legal floor versus design target: WCAG 2.2 is the design target. The binding standard and deadline must be resolved separately for each jurisdiction and covered entity.
