Global core, local authority

Jurisdiction adapter

Do not copy Arizona, the United States, the UN, or any other source into a place where it does not govern. Build a local adapter and show the boundary.

Required local fields

Place and authority

Country, territory, region, municipality, sovereign or Indigenous jurisdiction, institution, competent authority and conflict-of-law notes.

People and language

Preferred language, interpreter, literacy, communication method, age, support person and cultural or community context.

Binding law

Constitution, statute, regulation, treaty status, controlling decisions, customary law and emergency powers with effective dates.

Operational pathways

Emergency response, medical care, child protection, legal aid, asylum, shelter, disability support and complaint systems.

Evidence rules

Burden and standard of proof, admissibility, disclosure, preservation, privacy, records access and appeal.

Remedy and repair

Review, grievance, ombuds, court, compensation, restoration, rehabilitation and non-recurrence.

Adapter status

UNRESOLVED until every mandatory local field has a current primary source and a named human reviewer. Global sources provide orientation and minimum inquiry; they do not establish domestic legal effect by themselves.

Preserved seed: The original Arizona and SMI research remains a historical jurisdiction-specific seed. It is not the global homepage and is not generalized beyond what its sources support.
